0. Download the ieoCC.rar package from http://www.ieo.cc/ download, then extract it.

1. On first use, or after moving the ieoCC folder, run [Run me first] once. (You must allow the software to set system environment variables if antivirus or firewall software such as 360 is installed.) A 'Double-click to run ieoCC' shortcut and a 'Photos and Videos' folder are created in the same directory.

2. Double-click [Double-click to run ieoCC] to start the ieoCC software. A black terminal window named tomcat (the application backend - do not close it) and an 'ieoCC Smart Inspection Platform' web page will open.

3. Search for [IEO] on the Apple App Store and install the app.

4. Open the [IEO] app and tap the 'Scan' button in the middle of the bottom bar to scan the QR code that sets the upload address on the 'ieoCC Smart Inspection Platform' page. This tells the app to upload photos and videos taken with the phone to the tomcat server on your local computer. (On first use you must allow the IEO app to access the camera.) Note: the phone and the computer must be connected to the same router, i.e. the same LAN.

5. Tap the 'More' button at the bottom to open the 'More' screen, then double-tap the ieo logo at the top to enter the inspection center. You can see the phone's IP and the image server IP (if you did not scan the QR code in the previous step, tap [Change] to set the upload address manually). Keep this screen open.

6. At the bottom of the 'ieoCC Smart Inspection Platform' page, enter the phone's IP in the address box, choose front/rear camera photo or front/rear camera video, and click [Run]. The phone will then take a photo or record a video under control. (On first use you must allow the app to access the microphone and to find and connect to devices on the local network. If you do not grant these permissions for a while, the app may be unable to record video and stay in the camera-open state; reopen the app if this happens.)

7. When the photo or video is finished, it is uploaded automatically to the 'Photos and Videos' folder on the local computer you configured. Folders are created by date.
