System Composition

LED Bead String
ws2811 driver; 5V round F12 (0.2~0.3 W) or 12V types; 10 cm / 25 cm spacing standard, custom lengths available — one bead per slot.
LED Ball Bulb
12V powered; 3 cm base, 5 cm ball — big bright spot, easy to see on tall racks.
LED Strip
12V powered; 30 LEDs per meter (10 slots, 3 LEDs per slot) at even 10 cm spacing, fits shelf beams.
Three-Color Tower Light
IEO-TRL-MOD-20 module over RS485; up to 20 towers per module, 30 modules in series control 600 towers (approx. 5 W each).
Strip / String + Aluminum Profile
Aluminum channel with frosted PVC cover — even, glare-free light that protects LEDs and upgrades shelf looks.

Light Any Slot with One Command
One HTTP POST to the master controller lights or extinguishes slots in batch, by slot ID or bead index. Response OK means done — integration takes half a day:
